Working hand-in-hand with our client’s internal recruiting team and hiring managers, we develop a customized job description and skill set analysis for each opening. We then begin a discrete and confidential process to identify key talent for the role. Before a candidate is ever presented to a client, they will have successfully negotiated a comprehensive face-to-face interview process that allows us to validate employment history, technical aptitude, and fitness for the specific role. We will also conduct complete background investigations and drug screens. Finally, each candidate’s willingness and ability to accept a position with our client will be confirmed and all financial terms will be settled. This allows our client to interview the candidate without concern for potential deal-breakers. They can focus on the job, and nothing else.
